    Standard check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. However, times may vary depending on actual accommodation time.

    There are about 50 different variety of food available including seafood, mountain fresh vegetables, sashimi and tempura, fresh salads and desserts. Soft drinks are available.

    Pool is available before check in time and throughout the day. 12:00pm~21:00 (Before check in); and until 12:00pm (after check out).

    Child pool is an indoor pool which is hexagonal shaped. Shallow corner is 50cm~60cm. There are no age limit however, adult supervision is always required. Swimming diapers are allowed.

  • Do you need a swimming cap to use the pool?

    Swimming caps are not required for pool usage, but you may use them as well.

  • Can I use a float in the pool?

    Yes, float is allowed for usage. There is an air pump available by the pool entrance.

  • Is the pool allowed for small children with diapers?

    Yes, as long as they use a swimming diaper and accompanied by an adult. Baby pool is also available for small infants.(Water depth of about 50 ~ 60cm)

    The hotel's shuttle bus is basically at 13:00 to 16:30, and is in service in accordance with the arrival of the train.

  • How do you get to the inn from the nearest station.

    The hotel can be reached by some good healthy trekking.
    Take the ticket gate of Izu-atsugawa Station, and exit the sea side, there is a bus and taxi station under the stairs.
    Go to the left and out of the pickup area, there is a mask of museum.
    Turn right by the Museum, in the middle to go down the hill, there is a sign of Katara in the left hand.
    At the bottom of the sign, there is a hill to go upper left.
    Take this steep hill and you will reach the hotel entrance.
    Once inside the entrance, go to the right side and take the elevator up to the third floor for the lobby.

    If you are too tired to do the trek, there is a shuttle bus available from the station as well.

    About 5 minutes downhill walk from the hotel to Atagawa YOU beach. 10~15 minutes uphill back to hotel.

    Our hot springs comes from natural springs which is alkaline water that is very gentle to your skin. Infants, children and expecting mothers can enjoy the hot springs as well. Please be careful not to stay in too long since long exposure to hot temperatures may affect your body or illness.
